OUR SERVICES:

The use of energy from renewable sources is state of art nowadays.
Every government and every citizen of this world must think about a “healthy living” for him and his followers. For this reason, the respect and responsibility towards the current environment state involve directly the care for the future, with the gratitude of those who will live in it.

The issue of low-impact energy is nowadays on the agenda of every nation and is a major thing. So far, we can summarize all types of plants powered by renewable sources and waste with its relevant sub-types:

PLANT TYPE PLANT SUB-TYPE SOURCE
Hydroelectric flowing water from tank,
basin,
municipal water system
Hydraulic
Wind

on-shore

off-shore

Wind
Geothermoelectric   Geothermic
Solar photovoltaic photo-thermoelectric Solar
Thermoelectric steam, internal combustion, mixed cycle, gas, other waste (1) Biomass (2) Biogas (3)
Hybrid types* - co-combustion**
- other
(same as thermoelectric plants) Normal + renewable
Sea   tides
waves

(*) Hybrid plants produce electricity using both renewable and non-renewable sources, co-combustion plants included.
(**) Co-combustion is the temporary combustion of non-renewable combustibles and solid, liquid or gas combustibles from renewable sources. The plant sub-type is the same of the thermoelectric ones.
(1) waste undergoing the standard for renewable sources as per the Italian law act nr. 387/2003 and included in the government act of 5/2/1998, further 5/4/2006 n. 186 and 5/5/2006.
(2) Biomasses are further divided into:
• combustible biomass: vegetal material from dedicated cultivations or from mechanical treatment of non-dedicated cultivations; from wood cultivation interventions, from mechanical processing of wood and agricultural products, un-oiled refuse of processed olives;
• liquid biocombustibles: biodiesel, bioethanol e biomethanol, seed oil etc.;
• biomasses from waste labelled with “B” in the Italian law act of 5/5/2006;
• biodegradable part of industrial and urban waste non included in the Italian law act of 5/5/2006; (3) Biogas can be:
• from dump, from purification mud, from animal faeces, from agricultural and food waste of organic type; • biogas from organic substances not derived from waste.

Mandy Group is committed to offer its know-how to those who want to invest in the environmental preservation, as well as to give its ability in planning power plants from renewable sources with their specific needs.

For every plant type we can:
• find the size and type of plant which best meets the requirements;
• analyze the solution type to be proposed;
• make feasibility and business plan studies;
• preliminary planning;
• executive planning;
• work with specifications and contract works;
• make the documents needed for authorizations, financing and/or incentives;
• development of detail planning;
• on-the-run tests;
